Holiday home on the west coast island Orust
Peaceful, quiet but yet close to the sea and many beautiful tourist spots.
The sea is just 12 minutes walk from the house, so why not enjoy a walk and a swim in the morning.
If you get bored with with the quietness and singing birds you might want to have a glass of wine and some music at famous Slussens Pensionat, just some 2,5 km away.
Now we have fast internet on fiber, free to use.
On the first floor there is a newly renovated toilet with shower and in the basement there is another toilet and washing machine.
The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need as well as a dining area for four people, here you also have a wood burning stove that is cozy to lighten chilly days.

Adjacent to the living room is a small dining room with piano, reading corner and exit to the terrace with a stunning view of the landscape. Here you find a dinning area with teak funitures. Feel free to borrow our grill if you wish.
On the second floor there is a bedroom with lower ceilings and a sleeping alcove in the ledge on the stairs. In total there are four beds, one double and two single beds.
The surroundings
The plot is over 1000 sqm and provides nice area for games.
In about ten minutes walk on a small private road (and the last bit on a steeper path) you reach the sea where there is our small private beach shared with a few neighbors. Here you will find a small sand beach and a jetty to jump from.
About 2.5 kilometers from the house there is also - free of charge - Slussen's beach with jumping towers and a small kiosk for icecream.
Here you find Slussen Pensionat with a nice restaurant with sea view and entertainment during the whole summer.
A short walk from the house there is a smaller store where you might want to buy locally grown strawberries, potatoes or just an icecream.
To the nearest supermarket it is about six kilometers (Stillingsön) and all else (food, medicine, wine) you need is in Henån 12 km away.
Booking
Reservation means you pay an upfront fee of 1 000 SEK at time of booking, this booking fee will be repaid after your rental period.
We write a contract and you pay the rental fee 30 days before your rental start.
Our rentals starts on Sundays- check in time is 3pm and check out by 11am.
Extras
Cleaning is not included, but you can buy cleaning service for 2000 SEK.
You can rent sheets and towels; 1000 skr (four people).
If you are a family with more than four people, please rent our extra house, where you can be additional four guests, 1500 SEK for a week.
We can also renting out for longer periods, the price is then negotiated.
